All the way from Nashville, Petey Mac, really talented edm producer just released his brand new single titled "drsø". We had the chance to talk with him and this is the story who is behind the creation of this beautiful song:
"drsø" is one that I made a few months back after attending a conference at my church, The Belonging, here in Nashville. It was incredibly moving and a pastor, Chris Durso, was a guest speaker who ended up speaking about 5 sermons that weekend.
Once it ended, I knew I had to create something to explain how I felt throughout the conference. A few days later "drsø" was born. Shout out to Chris Durso and his team, along with The Belonging, for allowing me to use this sermon. Also, a very special shout out goes out to my friend Matt (@mattzinstagram) for adding some magic on the second drop =)
When you've already conquered the world with a plethora of global smashes and an album to die for, heading up your own label sure seems like the next logical step to take. And indeed it is so for Lost Frequencies, who comes fresh from some of the most impactful singles of the past few years to launch his own label in partnership with Armada Music: Found Frequencies.
Listen to Lost Frequencies & Zonderling - Crazy
Radiating a feeling of bygone days while still remaining upbeat and feel-good, 'Crazy' is the next infectious single from the hand of Lost Frequencies and the very first release on his brand-new Found Frequencies imprint. A marvelous team-up with Dutch duo Zonderling, this song is empowering, full of character and sure to find its way to the top of your playlist.
Lost Frequencies, who recently saw his previous collaboration ('Here With You', with Netsky) awarded with certified gold in the Netherlands, is easily one of the most gifted artists to have hit the dance music scene this decade. With debut single 'Are You With Me' and second offering 'Reality', the young Belgian earned gold, platinum and double platinum in more than a dozen countries, topped some of the world's most esteemed charts – such as the UK Singles chart – and racked up respectively 400 million streams and 250 million streams on Spotify with those two singles alone.
Never one to slow down, he piled on the success with records such as 'Beautiful Life', 'What Is Love 2016', 'All Or Nothing' and 'Here With You', and saw his efforts on the live front rewarded with coveted spots at the biggest festivals and events in the world, including Coachella and Tomorrowland. On Spotify alone, Lost Frequencies' singles (and remixes) total to over one billion streams and 'Crazy' – infused with the signature sounds of Zonderling – will no doubt add to that prodigious number.
Lost Frequencies: "I'm really happy to see the launch of my label, Found Frequencies. It will serve as a home to my own music, and I hope it will become the go-to label for up-and-coming talents as well, as it goes way past chill vibes only. I intend to release a few club records of my own on the label and as for the rest, the sound correlates with everything I play in my live sets or add to my playlists. I really hope it's a musical taste many find enjoyable."

Released on Erick's seminal Subliminal label, the track inherits a brand-new interpretations of the August original with the silky vocals of Australian songstress Bella Hunter.

Circus Records are proud to introduce you to our newest signing, Growlz. The California-based producer combines his knowledge of audio engineering and sound design with his experience in film production to bring a rich, unique, and cinematic quality to his work. Since adopting the Growlz pseudonym in 2015, Jake Schuhas had a string of successful major label releases, A-list collaborations with artists such as Riot Ten and Holly, and had tracks played out by the likes of Borgore and Jayceeoh.
Growlz is making his Circus Records debut with Gang Of Killerz – a wonky tune, combining heavy-hitting frequencies with cinematic sound design that sets listeners on a dark adventure from start to finish. It’s a killer track that takes a step away from the sounds of the dubstep of today, and pays homage to the wubs of dubstep past. Make no mistake, it’s a track that lives up to the artist’s name – this track growls like the beast it is!

Since August, Swedish electro-pop trio Ember Island have been stunning fans with new releases and accompanying music videos in piecemeal ahead of their new EP. Starting with “Stay” and “Need You,” followed by “Hide Me,” and “Love Deserved,” Ember Island now completes their journey with the release of the EP in its entirety as well as the last piece; “Leaving.”
“Leaving” is a heartfelt indie-pop release which reveal a more indie side of Ember Island, with the band’s vocalist Alex’s vocals taking centerstage over the light guitar melodies. The accompanying video is beautifully shot and features the band in a vintage truck driving through the night until reaching a mysterious greenhouse, one that has shown up in previous Ember Island videos.
Since its inception, Ember Island has always been about more than just the music. The band, consisting of singer Alex and musicians Didrik and Joakim, has worked to convey that Ember Island is more than a band, and more than the music, it’s a place where people can escape reality. With each release from the EP, a bit more of the physical Ember Island is revealed through their videos, and layers of the band’s complexity get peeled back. Though the island itself may seem intangible, the music, the vibe, the beauty and the magic are felt throughout the EP.
Ember Island got their start with their enchanting covers of well known tracks. Their catalogue of covers is eclectic, with their most recent cover of Rihanna’s iconic “Umbrella,” Radiohead's legendary "Creep,” Jack Ü and Justin Bieber’s hit “Where Are Ü Now,” The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” and Porter Robinson’s emotional dance ballad “Sad Machine.” The release of this EP marks the first full original work.

From a child concert pianist who attended high school on a music scholarship, to a dance music producer on a meteoric rise, it is clear that CODEKO has a knack for music. “Say Hi (feat Austin Mahone)” is the latest work from the young UK-based producer, who is currently studying Physical Sciences at the prestigious Cambridge University. “Say Hi” also marks the first release in a new partnership between CODEKO and famed label Astralwerks.
To debut Say Hi, Codeko and Austin Mahone invaded the University of Arizona with 8 performances in less than 24 hours. The debut across 2 pool parties, 2 sold out concerts, and 4 acoustic shows, yielded enormous social conversation around the record, as the Say Hi Official Preview Video received over 500,000 views.
“I have been working on Say Hi for over a year,” says CODEKO, “It’s surreal to see a record I wrote out of my dorm room come to life with Austin Mahone on Astralwerks.”
Rising pop star Austin Mahone just concluded a 22 date North American tour: “A Tour For Me+You,” and is coming off the commercial success of his last record with Hardwell, Creatures of The Night. With over 10 millions Instagram followers and 4.2M monthly Spotify listeners, Austin has quickly evolved into a worldwide phenomenon. Austin's record ‘Dirty Work’ recently hit #1 on iTunes Top Songs in Japan and broke the record for longest standing #1 spot on Billboard Japan Western Music Chart, surpassing both Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars with 14 weeks in the #1 position.
“I’ve really enjoyed collaborating on different projects this past year and branching out into dance music,” says Austin. “Working with CODEKO was such an awesome experience. I’ve learned so much experimenting with new styles and incorporating that sound into my own music as well. I can’t wait for everyone to hear our new song!”
“Say Hi” is a dynamically layered showstopping track, which began with a simple trumpet melody, as CODEKO wrote the rest of the track around that vibe. Austin Mahone’s vocals were the last piece of the puzzle, but they fit together seamlessly, making the track the perfect upbeat tune for any occasion. This catchy party track may have been written in a dorm room, but it’s made to be played on large stages around the world.
CODEKO is not your typical music producer. By day Ed Clark is a senior at Cambridge University studying Physical Sciences, by night he is more widely known as CODEKO. At just 21 years old, the classically trained musician turned electronic producer is living a double life as a college student that tours the world playing festivals such as Tomorrowland, Electric Zoo, and Mysteryland. Widely known for his viral remixes, this summer CODEKO's remix of Marshmello's “Silence” hit #1 on Sirius XM's BPM, while his MGMT - “KIDS” Remix hit #1 worldwide on Soundcloud dance charts. CODEKO's last original, "Walking With Lions," was voted SiriusXM BPM Breaker of the year, after being selected the Electric Zoo Festival Anthem.
