Out now on Ultra Music is the heavily grooving deep house single “Know Better” from London Future. The Trinidad & Tobago hailing producer and DJ is back at the top of his game with this release, which is a certified dance floor-filler with some clever pop stylings.
Featuring the vocals of LA singer SYMON, who shot to recognition earlier this year with her fiery track “Say,” “Know Better” seamlessly pulls together plunging, funked-out piano chords, a simmering beat that increases in strength throughout and an impossibly catchy melody.
London Future continues to assert his dominance with shimmering signature sound here; expect to hear much more from this guy as we move towards 2018.

Two of electronic music’s most beloved acts have combined for one of the year’s biggest and most anticipated collaborative releases, on what is perhaps the hottest independent label in the genre - Monstercat. Indeed, Seven Lions and Kill The Noise have been teasing “Cold Hearted” for more than half a year now, and it has finally found a home on the Canadian imprint. “Cold Hearted” brilliantly blends the combative voices of the two producers, slicing Seven Lions’ penchant for melody across the gritty landscape of Kill The Noise’s signature bass.
Along with the new single, both Seven Lions and Kill The Noise will be embarking on a North American tour. The two acts will be joined by Tritonal, and will be hitting cities all over North America across 20 dates. The Horizon Tour kicks off on October 26th in New York, before its way to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, St. Louis, Boston, Washington DC, among others, before closing out in Chicago on December 16th. Today British DJ and record production duo Sigma unveil their new single, ‘Forever’, which is out now via Astralwerks. The announcement follows a busy summer of live performances playing to over 400,000 fans, including a sold out headline show at London’s Royal Albert Hall and appearances at the likes of V Festival, Creamfields, Pukklepop, South West Four, headline Asia and North America tours, plus their very own summer residency at Ibiza’s Amnesia.
Featuring Quavo and Sebastian Kole, the trap infused track is an impressive step forward for Cam and Joe, marking a notable shift in Sigma’s musical craft and one likely to propel them even further into the global consciousness.
Speaking about the track, Joe Says “Forever is the next step in our story. Cam and I have always wanted to make music that had that hip hop feel to it. It’s a genre we’ve both had a strong association with growing up and also with the music we've previously made.”
“Working with Quavo and Sebastian has been great. It was the first time we had been to LA to record, so for a record like this to come together so naturally out there was pretty crazy. ", says Cam.
As one third of the Migos, Quavo is quickly becoming one of the most recognisable and influential voices in hip hop today. Currently ATL royalty, Quavo has been busy working on the hottest guest verses of this year, including DJ Khaled’s ‘I’m The One’, Drake’s ‘PortLand’ and A$AP Mob’s ‘RAF’.
In the past five years, American singer- songwriter Sebastian Kole has gone from aspiring songwriter to one of the hottest new hitmakers. He quickly snapped the industry attention in 2015 with his co-writing skills on Alessia Cara’s single ‘Here’. Currently signed to EP Entertainment/Motown Records, Kole recently released his debut album ‘Soup’.
Since arriving on the scene in 2011, Sigma have achieved what most artists can only dream of. To date they have had ten consecutive U.K radio hits, two BRIT Award nominations, sold five million singles, had two international platinum selling singles, two gold singles and a gold album. The duo have also racked up over 500 million streams and collaborated with a plethora of artists, including Rita Ora, Take That, Labrinth, Ella Eyre
and Paloma Faith.
With ‘Forever’ set to follow the path of their recent success, Sigma continue to make their way to the forefront of the music industry, pioneering the next wave of dance music, with a huge following of supporters at their side.
GRAMMY AWARD-WINNING SUPERSTAR KELLY CLARKSON TO SERVE AS SEASON 13 KEY ADVISER ON MONDAY, OCT. 30 TELECAST OF 'THE VOICE'
Global superstar and three-time Grammy Award winner Kelly Clarkson is set to join NBC's four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" as a key adviser for the Season 13 Knockout Rounds beginning Monday, Oct. 30 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT).
As a key adviser, Clarkson will work with and mentor the remaining 32 artists with coaches Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Hudson, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. The Knockout Rounds continue Monday, Nov. 6 (8-10 p.m.) and Tuesday, Nov. 7 (8-9 p.m.).
As previously announced, Clarkson will return to "The Voice" in season 14 in her new role as coach alongside returning coaches Alicia Keys, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
The acclaimed singer/songwriter will release her highly anticipated new album "Meaning of Life", the first for Atlantic Records, on Friday, Oct. 27. "Meaning of Life" is the album Clarkson was destined to make with Atlantic, a collection of smart and sensual soul-inspired pop that immediately belongs among the legendary label's classic canon. For her eighth studio album – and follow-up to 2015's chart-topping "Piece By Piece" – Clarkson united a stellar team of top songwriters and producers to collaborate, among them past collaborators Jason Halbert, Jesse Shatkin and Grammy-winning Producer of the Year Greg Kurstin, as well as first-time collaborators Mick Schultz, The Monarch and Nick Ruth, among others.
Clarkson is among the most popular artists of this or any other era, with total worldwide sales of more than 25 million albums and 36 million singles. The Texas-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter first came to fame in 2002 as the winner of the inaugural season of "American Idol." Clarkson's debut single, "A Moment Like This," followed and quickly went to #1 on Billboard's Hot 100, ultimately ranking as the year's best-selling single in the U.S. "Thankful," Clarkson's 2003 debut album, made its debut atop the SoundScan/Billboard 200 on its way to 2x platinum certification from the RIAA.
"Breakaway" arrived in 2004 and truly affirmed Clarkson as a major pop force via such blockbuster singles as "Behind These Hazel Eyes" and "Since U Been Gone," the latter a chart-topping worldwide #1 smash as well as a 2x platinum-certified Grammy winner for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. The album remains Clarkson's most successful to date, currently certified 6x platinum by the RIAA for sales exceeding 6 million. "Breakaway" has been followed by a series of platinum- and gold-certified album releases, including 2007's platinum-certified "My December," 2009's "All I Ever Wanted," 2011's platinum certified and Grammy-winning "Stronger," 2013's platinum-certified Christmas album "Wrapped in Red" and 2015's "Piece By Piece."
Clarkson is without doubt one of pop's top singles artists, with 17 single releases now boasting multi-platinum, platinum and gold certifications around the world, including such global favorites as "Miss Independent," "Because of You," "Mr. Know It All," "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," "Heartbeat Song" and "My Life Would Suck Without You," the last of which holds the Billboard Hot 100 record for the biggest chart leap in a single week, from #97 all the way to #1.
One of the most honored artists in music history, Clarkson has received a truly stunning array of awards and nominations, among them three Grammys, including two for Best Pop Vocal Album – the first artist to ever twice win that award. In addition, Clarkson has won 12 Billboard Music Awards, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, two American Country Awards and one Country Music Association Award. The first artist to top each of Billboard's pop, adult contemporary, country, and dance charts, Clarkson has made countless TV appearances, including performances during the 14thseason of "American Idol" – the first-ever week of competition dedicated to a previous winner's discography.

Martin Garrix has been revealed as the winner of the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll 2017, with the 21-year-old Dutch superstar retaining his title after becoming the youngest ever No.1 DJ last year.
Garrix was awarded the No.1 trophy by recent musical collaborator and EDM superstar, David Guetta, on stage at the Top 100 DJs Poll award ceremony at the Amsterdam ArenA. The event took place at this year’s Amsterdam Music Festival at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).
The award continues a meteoric rise for Garrix over the past five years, beginning when his breakout tune ‘Animals’ shot to No.1 around the world in 2013. He was odds-on favourite to retain his title from 2016, after coming third in 2015.
Garrix has had a massive year since first winning the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll last year, becoming the face of Armani Exchange, going on tour with pop megastar Justin Bieber and opening his STMPD Records studios in Amsterdam.
Garrix also won the ongoing lawsuit with Spinnin’ Records over the owndership of his music earlier this year, and also revealed a secret alias at Tomorrowland, Ytram.
There were over a million legitimate votes cast for the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll this year — a marginal increase on 2016’s million-smashing achievement — with the standings seeing 15 new entries, seven re-entries and five non-movers.
The rise was undoubtedly due in part to further opening up the voting process to China this year via a fully updated and translated validation mechanism.
The influence of the White Isle is still strong. Solomun has had another massive year in Ibiza with his +1 residency at Pacha, and this has paid off with a debut chart placing for the DIYnamic man at No.81.
Similarly, Maceo Plex has also had another successful year at Pacha and charts 10 places lower, while South African hero Black Coffee debuts at No.85 — almost certainly due to his hugely successful residency at Hï Ibiza, the new superclub that occupies the same space in Playa d’en Bossa as the fabled Space.
Bridging the gap between the underground and the mainstream, Eric Prydz has also had a good year. The ‘Pjanoo’ man took on his fi rst weekly Ibiza residency — also at Hï Ibiza — and is up 32 places to No.34.
Melodic masked marauder Claptone is also a new entry, as is Australian trap n’ bass gal Alison Wonderland, while several stalwarts have reversed back into the Top 100 — as befi ts their stature.
Richie Hawtin is back in the poll at No.80 after slipping out last year, but he’s not the Highest Techno DJ as the one and only Carl Cox has once again taken that accolade — Coxy is up 12 places to No.62, without so much as a sniff of a vote-for-me campaign.
Also representing main stage techno, Paul Kalkbrenner is back in the 100 for the first time since 2012, while in the next 50 Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Adam Beyer, Jamie Jones, Green Velvet, Seth Troxler, Nina Kraviz and Kolsch have all made an appearance.
Meanwhile, Disclosure have popped their toes back into the Top 100, and Andy C — once again the Highest Drum & Bass DJ in the poll — has reaped the rewards of a hectic year by doubledropping himself back in at No.77.
The Top 100 DJs poll used to be swamped by trance spinners until the rise of EDM a few years back, but it seems like the sound is having a resurgence. Not only is trance figurehead Armin van Buuren up, but former winner Paul van Dyk is up nine places and the Above & Beyond trio are up 20 places off the back of their huge arena shows. ATB is also up to No.54, while Ferry Corsten jumps up nine places in the wake of his ‘Blueprint’ album.
There’s still a smattering of hardstyle DJs in the hallowed hundred, and Angerfist has had to surrender his Highest Hard hat to Headhunterz, who has returned to the hardstyle scene after a spell exploring more mainstream music.

Last month, when Charlotte Gainsbourg announced her upcoming album, Rest (out November 17), she said, "It's the first time I've surrendered myself and the end result belongs to me." The thrill, fear, and life-affirmation of such "firsts" is explored on the album's opening track, "Ring a Ring O' Roses," released as a single today, alongside a self-directed music video that is available exclusively on Apple Music. "Ring a Ring O' Roses," produced by SebastiAn, follows previous singles, "Rest," co-written with Daft Punk's Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, and "Deadly Valentine," both released to global critical acclaim.
From first steps, to first words, to first kisses, to first drinks, to love at first sight, to first signs of aging, to first capitulations to a life cycle of firsts that inevitably ends in a series of lasts, Charlotte Gainsbourg here harnesses French and English to create a fascinating lyrical contradiction: the impulsive beauty of surrendering to a lack of control is paired with the idea that even these moments of wonder and curiosity are part of an inescapable pattern."Ring a ring a roses/A pocket full of posies/We all fall down," deadpans Gainsbourg, reciting the troubling nursery rhyme in the song's chorus, around which she creates a hazy mosaic of nostalgic snapshots.
Says Gainsbourg, "For me it's the same thing as when you are acting, trying to find accidents to make things alive. It's because there's no control over first times. For me its ... 'le hazard'— you're surprised by first times. Each time I experience a first time—the obvious thing being the first movie I made, the first song I sang—it was very precious. I wanted to express that."
Charlotte Gainsbourg's "Ring a Ring O' Roses" music video is one of a series she helmed in conjunction with the album—beginning with the hypnotic, insinuating "Rest," then the sweeping "Deadly Valentine,"featuring Dev Hynes.
Produced by SebastiAn (Frank Ocean, Kavinsky) and mixed by Tom Elmhirst (Adele, Lorde, David Bowie), Rest
is Gainsbourg's first studio album in seven years. It features collaborations with Sir Paul McCartney, Daft Punk's
Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, Connan Mockasin and Owen Pallett (Arcade Fire, Caribou). The eleven songs on Rest are nothing if not sure-footed, proffering a compelling fusion of gleaming, string-emblazoned modern electro-pop and cinematically textured avant-chanson—their magical music box melodies kissed by bruised, introspective, occasionally disquieting lyrics.
